However, the team is disappointed to announce that they will be introducing a small renewal fee per Passport for each season of rewards. They believe this will enable them to continue to provide value to their holders, secure longevity for the project, and expand their community. They acknowledge that most of their community has diamond hands, but they need to make some changes to ensure sustainability. The renewal fee will be implemented in late March or early April, and in the meantime, they are giving all of their OG holders an anniversary gift – an open edition of Aoki x Reuko designed NFTs, which will also be for sale to the public. The team is excited to jump into Season Two and release the upcoming free mint open edition as a big thank you to all of their OG holders who have been with A0K1VERSE on this crazy ride over the last year.
